The second time was to take my driving test and I had minimal interaction with the employee, she just took my permit, verified insurance etc, and had me go wait in the car for the instructor.
I don't know if this had anything to do with it but I had no marks on driving test, zero errors.

Its not the person filling out your DL application, bcz if that was the case then you woulda gotten a 2yr DL like your ID when your applied for both at the same time. Dam this is can either be a good thing or a bad thing for some ppl.
