Help with RFE please.

So i received my RFE and they are asking for form I-765WS, the link to it is right here

What does it mean for an economic need to work?

How should i go about and fill out this form? i had a lawyer fill it out my forms, can i do this myself?

It's very simple. And your lawyer should have known to send in that part. You basically have to explain your reason for needing a work permit.

In my case I wrote about how my mother is sick and I am her caretaker and need to provide for the both of us. I also mentioned I wanted to start going to school and needed the finances to pay for my tuition.

Again, it's very simple. Just explain your need for an income. Don't just write something short like 2 sentences, give some detail and at least make it a long paragraph.

Alright sounds simple thanks, if anyone else had to do this please do explain what you did, id like to get it right the first time, in the mean time ill get started with some rough drafts.

Yep the only thing, must have slipped her mind or something, oh well gotta deal with it.

You do not need a lawyer just tell them why you need to work. I wrote about having to pay for tuition and books, and having to support my son

just pretty much fill it out and explain on how you are in need of a work permit , to help your fam mom or dad , if you have a baby etc.

Make it simple and to the point
I just said I needed to work to provided for myself
Because so far I had to depend on my parents
