I tried but it says my case is still within the posted processing times. I filed on 1/23.

That's weird I filed on the 28th and I did an E-request on the 28 (Sunday) Did you try to file it for your I821D? It also asked me if I had received and RFE I put no and I was given a receipt number saying it went through just fine.

was your case routed to another state? mine is at the California service center so it might be different. can you please let us know if they respond?

No it has not be routed.. I've been in Nebraska from the start on their processing times they did posted that the I812D takes 6 months I'm not quite sure if California did as well but if it did then you SHOULD be able to do an e-request. And yes I will post here as soon as I hear something.

nope the system is still not allowing me to do an e-request. I called and they are not even allowing me to do a service request about it since I had one less than 30 days ago. I played around with the dates on the e-request thing and it seems like anything after 1/15 is still considered within average processing time.
