Request for Evidence

On July 30, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Thats what i got today what should i do?

The only thing that can be done....wait for the RFE and see what evidence they are requesting to move along the application.The good news is that they are now on your case!

I got the i-92 Waiver form any body else get anything like this? I have to pay like $580-$600 whats next after that?

What about yours?
Yes, that basically removes any bars of inadmissibility you have in order to get a u-visa. I remember I had to file one as well. Did you not file it initially, or is it asking for more information about your I-192?
