Its only at your Criminal Background check.... thats what the fingerprints are for. If you get arrested and taken to county jail they finger print you.... So with your fingerprints being sent to the FBI they'll be able to know you whole (if any) criminal history.

Oh ok then thanks.. The wait is hard, but we've waited years what's a couple months, I just wish time would go by faster. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly

I believe it's just criminal, like if you've had time in jail and things like that, I don't think they really care about traffic violations... I got a loitering ticket when I was 16 so I hope that won't interfere with my case.

I woke up to a text from USCIS that my case status was updated. Upon checking the site, I saw that I had been approved!

I initially went to a non-profit clinic, where a law student helped me complete the packet and was very meticulous to label and separate every one of the requirements so it could be processed faster. For the continuous residency requirement, I made sure to include one piece of evidence for every three months.

Good luck everyone!

Could you give us more info? How old you are? what kind of evidence you sent, how big your packet was? etc.

Thanks and congrats!
