dude, I'm sorry about your situation! I understand the stress of waiting and see other people get approvals! But I believed that you need to do something about it! I called USCIS 2 weeks after my case got transferred to national benefit center; but in fact my case was still at vermont. After I realized that, I called USCIS and talked to the immigration officer ( not USCIS customer representative). I talked to many of them and I was lucky that one of officer willing to help me. She place a request to look into my case ! After that, I received alot of updates about case processing! and 2weeks later, which is today, i got approved! Both I-765 andI-821D!

Damn, I have reason to believe that your green card will arrive before this damn thing got approve! USCIS seriously need to work on something called " first in first out" fair practice!

Thanks. I hope I hear something soon. I've tried everything I could and I'm so tired of it. Maybe I'll try calling again and talk to an officer.
