Whats the news on CIR?

I havent been following the debate/bill, but I wanted to get a general idea on what we can except!!!! Do you think its going to pass or whats really going on?

House of Representatives have final word on voting or not on ANY bill. Senate bill is not an option apperently , and republicans insist they are working on a piece-by-piece approach that does not seem to hapenn. Uncertainty is the keyword of current immigration politics.
