Can anyone tell me if I can apply for daca with a class a misdemeanor?

So glad to come back on here and see some approvals from last year!! I'm really frustrated at this point so I'm trying to not fixate but like to come back and see how everyone is doing! Love to see the good news and hoping to see more! Especially for the September folks!

class a are a little more serious than a class c if you dont mind telling us what was the charge and if it was dismissed or you paid a fine for it?

Hello guys I have been holding out on you guys a bit but I received and approval notice on Tuesday the 27th. I didn't want to say anything since I wanted to wait for my card but today was the day I received it. It definitely was a long process waiting over 10 plus months but it is worth it. You just have to stay patient and sort of bug the uscis like I did. Also if you can do a service request I would as soon as possible since it definitely helped in my case. I also received an RFE asking for proof from 08-09 so I just sent my transcript. Anyways I hope there are more approvals and if anyone has any questions let me know.

Biometrics: Nov 29 2012
RFE: July 25 2013 ( evidence from 08-09) Sent my transcripts
RFE Received: August 15 2013
Approval: August 27 2013
EAD Received: August 31 2013

Yeah, i tried everything..I"m just waiting now since i have no idea what to do anymore besides sit and wait.

finally hear something, got an RFE .. in 5 days i will may 1 year .

really in all seriousness congrats, at least u here something and not wondering if they even looked.
