I made an account and I don't know where to check and see when my case was last touched. There's a part that's titled "Last Updated" and it has the date "06/04/2013". I don't know if that's what you're talking about, on that day i believe I received a text message that my case was accepted.

Yea, that's it. Last Updated = Last Touched.

Mine was last updated on June 24.
