I m here writing about the ineffeciency of USCIS and incompetency of their work. I was approved for DACA in May 23, 2013 and they have asked for me another biometric on September 19, 2013. My original biometric was done on Sepetember 23, 2012. It has been 103 days since my approval for DACA. I have done service request and still yet to receive any response. I did a congressional inquiry and ombudsman inquiry in hoping to speed up the process. Yet they are still sitting on the background check to spend more time.
My main complaint is why is their a delay in sending me the EAD card after the DACA was approved? And why another biometric? They only asked for one finger print in the second biometric unlike the first biometric where it takes all 10 finger print. All their action with my cases has been illogical and unnecessarily wasting my time.
So for all of you who is already approved and have their card, please be ready to renew it before 119 days when your EAD will expire. The USCIS is very slow and inefficient on what they are doing, so please plan ahead and remember the date for renewing your EAD.
