Biometrics walk in was successful! Came in around 215pm, although they made me wait about 40 minutes to make sure the immigration officer (?? Seemed like more of a manager) was okay with it.

From what I've have read online, you can do a walk-in at USCIS in Fresno, CA only after 2 PM. If you go any earlier they will tell you to return later after 2. It also depends how many people they have after 2 pm and who is on staff that day. Just hope that the workers aren't having a bad day.

I did my biometrics a while back at the Fresno place a while back. The security guard was really friendly and let me do the walk in.

@Eddy117. My brother and I are in the process of mailing in our applications, hopefully next week. I have read in many forums that people have done walk-ins 2 or 3 weeks before their actual appointment with success. I'm thinking of doing so when we receive our bio-metrics appointment. We will see how it goes.
