Don't mean to crush your hopes but I checked 30 numbers before mines and after mines and they have all been approved. Mine is still pending. If it matters I am 24 years old and have a 3 year old son.

My hopes aren't high...plus, I never said all the cases are being somewhat discriminated (I still have Alexander as my biggest example that many unmarried males are)...I'm just trying to avoid disappointment in the OP. I felt like he did...just saying.

I'm 25 and I have children does that mean i'll get approved before? naw im just playing actually i opened an account with uscis last year when my wife petitioned it only took a month and a half for me to get approved lol, i sent my daca app on june and as soon as i got the numbers i added them so now I'm just waiting

It's my theory (part of it) that certain people get approved (at a higher rate) than others...single male with no children being approved at a slower rate (again, observations from approvals from this site only). That is MY theory. I'm a believer (because I see it) that parents tend to be benefited at a higher degree than single/no kids people (mostly guys).

I feel you bro I'm excited because people close to my numbers are getting approved I now it doesn't work like that but it gets me excited, I'm waiting but I'm patient I know our time will come but at the moment I'm cool I like my job it gets me enough to support my family but what i really want is my license i can't wait to have it in my hands hehe
