I applied in Aug. 2012, and in May 2013 I got denied for DACA because my RFE wasn't send on time according to them .

After calling them , the admitted they were wrong and reopened my case.

Today I received another notice about a second RFE .

I don't know what else to send...

I already sent in high school transcripts 2008-2012
Statement from guidance counselors.

and for 2007 I only had a paper that showed me as a middle schooler from 6th to 8th grade (2006 - 2008 )

and a couple if doctor appointments

Im only 19 now I never had any bills or anything under my name...just school stuff.

In my first RFE they wanted more evidence for 2007 , 2008.

What did you guys send for your second RFE if you had one... Im out of ideas.

PS sorry, i know their are a lot of grammatical errors....but I'm in a really bad mood to even think

if your only 19 , then as for 07 . 08 , you must have more hs midle school transcripts ?
try anything that includes your name , for example on your parents rental records , im guessing you must be included as an occupant , does your mother receive food stamps ? you might be included in those as well , you gotta have something else , just put the effort into it

It's sounds like I'm not trying brother but in reality ... School and doctor appointments is all I have that's respectable information to use as far as our home goes its under a us citizen's name ...my name isnt on anything family wise . We never had a previous case or ever received any federal assistance .

well get an affidavit from the owner , that that house is being rented to your family and that hes seen you there ever since etc ., plus if your address matches to the one from your rented house then the affidavit should match ,

really ? thats all it takes? they would just automatically believe a simply statement from someone saying he has seen it living there

if your hs transcripts address matches to the one of your rented house , then the affidavit would strongly work , try facebook posts check in etc. , they just want you to send in as much as possible even if you consider it not being strong , as long as they see the effort put into , im pretty sure they would consider it , again , once piece to pieces of evidence might not do , pile up as much as you can
