Any Labor day approvals? haha.. Jk, all those reps are probably enjoying some drinks thinking about those cases they have pending and whether they should approve them or not

Has anyone here that has already been approved gone to the Social Security Office to apply for your #?

If so.. about how long does the process take? Im going tomorrow and they open at 9am.. i'm thinking about going there as soon as they open however I have somewhere to be at around 10am. Is that plenty of time? The place im going to isn't a huge city like Charlotte or Atlanta.. so I don't think there'd be a long wait time.. but still.

You're gonna have to wait a couple days before they can validate you. So, dont go tomorrow.

Even though I was approved on the 29th and its been a full week since my card went into production? The labor day holiday got in the way which is what made my card arrive only just yesterday.

I just went into the SSA office this morning, applied with no problems. Was told I will get the card in the mail within 2 weeks. All good

Another day without approval. Keeping those hopes up!

I just got approved today 9/16/2013.I was notified through text! Good God I feel great!! My card is currently in production. Praise the Lord!!
