So people shouldnt say to check back in 4 months. Every case is different.
Yeah everyones case is completely different. Trying to figure out how they sort through all these applications and decide to make some wait longer than others is enough to drive one crazy. When did you send your application?

I applied in June. Did my Biometrics in July (a walk-in). I was an overstay as well. I got here when I was 3 months old. I am 24 now. I put medical records, Middle School, HS, college transcripts, bank statements, netflix, gym memberships. I've played everything by the rule book and so have my parents. My parents just got their green cards. I didn't qualify because I was overage. So now, I am the only one in the family who is undocumented. My brothers were born here. So... now I'm just waiting. lol

I sent my app on june 2nd, and they recieved it on the 7th, i did my biometrics on july 11, so its been like 6 weeks since i did them.

An attorney at catholics charities here in south california helped me, she made put ALOT of evidence, everything organized, alot of school transcripts, all that good stuff.

I dont have any criminal records, or anything like that.

The only thing is that i did went out briefly after june of 2007 for 4 times, but just to visit family, but according to uscis, that is fine. Also a few lawyers i spoke with told me that was fine, in fact this attorney wanted to take advantage and charge me 1200 to fill out my app when i only payed 150 so i couldnt remember the exact days i left the country after 2007, but i did put the best dates i could, thats the only thing that worries me, but my attorney said it was fine.

I also need my permit ASAP, my dad died this past April of 2013 from cancer, he used to work on land scaping and he has his own small business, he left me his truck and all his working equipment, but as now i dont wana drive without a license because i dont wana risk it, so im having my girlfriend and a friend driving me whenever i gota do them, im hoping i get my permit soon so i can get my driver license. I just wana keep doing those few houses because of rent, and whenever i get my permit, i wana find a decent and normal job that i will appreciate alot, and i wont have to get sun burn. I'm pretty sure my dad would of want me to find myself a normal job now that i will get that opportunity.

Haha im writting my own book here. OH well i wanted to share that with you guys.
Good luck everyone!

Im happy for all those who have gotten approve.

No it doesnt, USCIS clearly says that if the visits outside the country with your visa after june of 2007 are briefly, then is not a problem.

others like me have also sent their app and gotten approve.

You should be fine, good luck. But you may eventually get an rfe so you might need documents tracing your departures and arrivals in the country if there were any stamps or stuff like that.

I'm sorry about your dad. But yeah I was under the impression that if you left the U.S. after June 2007 that automatically disqualifies you.
And I know doing odd jobs that pay under the table is tough... None of us on this forum is an immigration expert or a USCIS officer so don't be discouraged, just hope for the best. If you explained your current situation and the circumstances of why you left U.S, then I'm sure they'll approve you.! Best of luck though, hope you're approved soon along with everyone else that's still waiting.

Thanks. Well my attorney told me that a few of her clients, went out a few times briefly after june of 2007, and they were fine, except for this person who went out like 50 times, she got an rfe but manage to proof everything.

And i never went out after june of 2012

I think you guys are getting confused by going out after june of 2012, that disqualifies you automatically.

Even on the USCIS website, it says that there's no problem if you went out briefly between june of 2007 and june of 2012, i just hope i dont get an RFE :O
