Yeah almost the same as mine! My application was received on Aug 27 and they just told me last month that it was transferred to Nebraska (from Vermont). WTF!

Whatevs. Do you have a significant history? I think mine is being held up because i was detained in 2011 for 12 days and they're going through extensive security checks.

What're you doing to pass the time?

Samething with me. 2009 also i did not go for my court date hearing...

No never gotten into any trouble I have a super clean record. Doesnt make since why I'm waiting so long.....I have no immigration/criminal history......

did you summit overwhelming evidence or just the essential/minimal? I thought I was submitting a lot, but then my lawyer told me I needed more, and more, and he wouldn't send it until It was overwhelming evidence, he never lost a case, and all his cases have taken 3 months as far as I know, so I think submitting "overwhelming" evidence might play a role, but that is just my opinion. Pretty much submitted every single month of every year just about, I don't even know how I got so much - maybe digging so much helped.

Got my e-request letter in the mail today... I got the same response that I'm "Pending Adjudication"

still waiting...

I know it's not the same but...after asking help from my representative three weeks ago, I was sent a letter and received it Saturday...all it said was that they're working on it. Five months as of yesterday, and counting.

Still waiting 10 months and 14 days...
