You just sent your app a couple of months ago, be more patient!!! Maybe next month June applicants will start getting approved. I sent mine in May and got a RFE this month, so if I hadn't gotten it I would've been approved this month

Court date for ACD yesterday
Acceptance 4:04pm today.
I went apeshit happy on the subway, my friends thought I went mad.
I'm soo fucking happy you have no idea. Soo many plans floating in my head!

My sister and I both applied in June and got approved last week. We got our DACA approval letters on Monday and now we're just waiting on our EADs.

Just got my DACA too at 10:15 today. So both have been accepted. They've sent me like 9 txt and 4 emails in the last 24 hours....it went from "awesome" to annoying lol. I cannot believe I said that! But yeah, feeling great and happy. To everyone waiting, it's coming. Just pass the time.

Hi guys after waiting for 12 months and 19 days I finally got approved yesterday!!! I was at home thinking that its over and that there is no help for me. In a matter of minutes I got an email and i was thinking "dam not another msn service message'" lol. I got the USCIS email and when I read it I laughed for about an hour because I was like nahhhh this is a joke. Then 2 hours later card production of work permit email came! Its a great feeling I feel like going on vacation or something to celebrate!!!!

if you are still waiting for your deferred action after waiting the 6 months then every 30 days do a service request! After my fourth they approved it within days. Dont give up keep on trying. And remember if yours was in Vermont it is now in Nebraska, and if you dont see it or you dont hear about from a phone call to immigration then they didnt update it in the system so its in Nebraska. To all those still waiting dont lose hope at all at all at all. Its only a matter of time dont worry. Go to the beach or something and calm your nerves a bit.

Hey man thanks! I haven following up on this blog and I have noticed you have been waiting for a long time. Trust me I know how you feel, about 2 min before I got that email I completely gave up on myself. Listen here, screw that 90 days thing and on the 31st day after you filed that E-request file again, but this part is VERY IMPORTANT. Make sure and call the national customer service hotline and file the e-request over the phone because they can write additional notes on there. My fourth e-request had like 2 paragraphs full of my complaints. After 4 of them, a few days later I got my approval. Dont give up man you got to keep calling them. But remember dont file an e-request online do it over the phone with them. AND WHATEVER YOU DO DONT TALK TO THE LEVEL 2 OFFICERS they are full of it. They have the nastiest attitudes and they have no good advice seriously man.

Ok thanks so I'll be calling them over the phone and filing an e-request again on oct 16 that's when I can do another e-request. Thanks again for the advice I hope it works for me. But how can they add notes? What do I tell them?

No problem bro we are all the same one this blog... glad I can help in any way. Let me tell you that 90 days is BS. All it means is we didnt touch your case yet and were lazy so eventually get to you. Now the next time you call tell them you called like a hundred times attempting to find out information, that you filed previous e requests, and bro "most importantly" tell them the date you filed and the amount of time you have been waiting because even though you tell them you have to kinda drill it in them that you have been waiting sooooooo long. Now right after they get your name, address they should say they are going to write notes on there and if they dont then ask them if they can put on a note /notes because you have been waiting so long.
Another important thing is that when you call the national customer service hotline right make sure and press 0 for information for deferred action, and after that it will ask you if you want more info and press the key for that. Then it will ask if you want to speak to someone and select that key and speak to them. The first thing they will say is "hello i see your calling about an immigration benefit" and thats when you say yes but I have filed I821D and you need a status on your case. Now most likely they will read what the update is which is in your case pending I think. Then the process should start with the service request. These guys are sooo nice but if they ask you to transfer you to a level 2 say NO because your blood pressure will raise. Level 2's are heartless people, they make themselves sound like the people who are going to deport you and make you lifeless with no hope.
One of the reps told me that if you call and inqure and do requests for it enough then it will get their attention. Dont let them fool you into thinking that the erequest slow it down, thats only for people using attorneys and government officials to inquire about their stuff at the same time.
