Can DACA beneficiaries apply for the Diversity Lottery?

Does anyone know if we as DACA beneficiaries qualify to apply for the Diversity Lottery?

You can apply, however unless you're covered under 245(i) you will not get a green card even if you win.

To take advantage of DV, you need to either adjust status here in USA, or apply from a consular office/embassy in your home country. Since you have no status to begin with, adjustment of status is no go except for 245(i) cases. If you apply for consular processing, your leaving USA will trigger a 10-year bar. DV must be decided within the fiscal year, and the visa issued must be used within 6 months.
