Alright, thank you! I'm going to make a copy of everything and not highlight it this time. I will, however, use a few sticky notes because that'll calm my nerves.

By the way I just now found a sweet 16 party invitation that was planned for July the 1st. The person that had that party also wrote an affidavit for me. Should I include it to my June 15, 2012 presecnce or do I just leave it out? Thanks again!

Okay this is the last thing lol. I won some plaques in middle school for reading a lot "accelerated reader" and on them it has that and the year. Could I take it off the trophy and do a scan of it. It'll have the name of my school, accelerated reader, and 2007-2008. I also have one for scholar's bowl.

Yes that should work as well. Anything with your name and date will suffice

Thank you so much, I'm just trying to find everything I can so they don't deny me. I went and got my first communion paper that I had lost, but sadly I did first communion on April of 2006. Atleast they can see that I tried.

I JUST FOUND A WEDDING INVITATION THAT I GOT THAT OCCURRED ON JUNE 15, 2012. Can I use that as evidence even if I didn't go? I also found another I invitation for June the 1st, and that friend wrote me a letter as well. Should I send in those invitations?

Yes! Even though it may sound stupid, you should send everything that has a date and your name.

Actually, they do often overlook things, or maybe it is that they want us to submit the same evidence twice, though I don't see why that would be..

I had a court order done for something personal last year, which my lawyer and I sent with the original application. On my first RFE, they asked why I was sending that court order, even though we sent a letter explaining why and on their own memos they say it's required.

Then on my SECOND RFE they asked for the court order.. even though we had sent original & copies twice before..

So yea, it's best to get more evidence if possible, but they definitely overlook things..

Thanks, yeah I thought the same thing because I read of people who sent in stuff and get an RFE. Then they sent it again and got approved, I'm sending I a lot more proof to be on the safe side of things! Thank you aliviated some of my stress!

Okay, they don't have my name but I'll just send them. I guess it can't hurt sending them! Thank you!
