Thanks for your help!
If you call ahead they will just tell you that you must wait until your court date. Well at least they do that here in Colorado. On the date of your court just let them know you are waiting for your license and to please provide an extension most courts wont mind doing this one time and let you show them your actually license and most of the times have you plead guilty to a lesser charge for doing so.

I am going to fill out the Indiana State Form 28622 Request for Hardship Waiver. So that I wont have to do the six month Learners Permit and get my Drivers License Immediatly without having to wait and have someone drive me everywhere.

How old are you? I have never heard of a state making you hold a permit for a period of time. Unless you are under 21.

Yup, like Christina Amador said.. so Now you Know that Indiana is a state that requires you to hold a learners permit for six months before you get your Drivers Licence and gives you a log where another person (s) (with drivers license) has to sign 50 hours of you driving with them, This is if it is your First Time Ever getting a licence even if you are over 21. - its Sucks i know., Indiana is very mean in so many ways especially to undocumented people, always making it more difficult than it already is.

the Licence has Temporary on the Upper Left hand Corner not very big letters and is valid only for Two Years.

Back Side has
Restrictions: 9 -Temporary

This sucks. Well hopefully he can take care of that and get an actual license soon.

I didn't know about this. It sucks to be 23 years old and not be able to drive by yourseld. Like, who wants to babysit a grown woman? haha anyways. I'm just gonna wait 4 more weeks to get my actual license and like Edgar said, ask for an extension.

And yes, Indiana is a very very mean state.

I was running late to work on Tuesday and I was going 70 down a 40 avenue. It was at like 5 in the morning, so there aren't many cars out at that time. I'd never do it in the day time.
