Hello,

I am getting my brothers information ready to file for Dreamer. When he was going to HS one of his friends asked him for a pen to smoke weed, He gave his friend the pen and he got caught smoking in school and police officer came and wrote the kids involve and the kid told officer he got the pen from my brother then Officer called my brother from the class and told him to sign the ticket that said " Possession of Marijuana" but my brother didn't want to (because he never had Marijuana) but officer told him if he didn't sign the paper he will take him to jail. He went to court fight the ticket and became trespass infraction. Do i write separate sheet explain the situation or Put " NO" since the case was put down as infraction ?
Sorry i know its long

If he was not arrested at that time and only got the ticket and he has never been arrested anytime before or after that incident. Then you put no he has not been arrested.

Was he a minor? If he was a minor then no and the important thing is was he actually arrested?

What kind of court did he go? Juvenile court?
