You can try. I contacted my congressman (D)(TX)(Representative) and was of no help. I'll try again now that it's over six months see if he helps this time.

I would try your representative if he's Democrat, I don't know about Republicans helping illegals, though, I could be wrong.

I see your timeline says "with lawyer." Have you talked to your lawyer about the situation?

I have talk to my lawyer so many times and keeps telling me to wait. So far he only e-mailed them once. i just quit talking to him now. I haven't talk to him in last two months. What do think which one should I go Senator or congressman?
Bob corker is my senator from Tennessee, he is Republican but he also got border security bill for CIR.
You think would it help any on my if I go to either on of these?
Thanks

Mario Diaz-Balart helped me out, good guy.

I have done so many service requests that I have lost count. I would say that I have done about 6 service requests (website, phone, Mayorkas e-mail, Lujan's e-mail) and through my Congressman.
All their replies were that my case was pending 'extended review'.
One thing got me a bit excited (which I know I shouldn't) was the last response. They replied stating that my case was 'pending adjudication'.
I feel like those girls that go on the date and overanalyze everything the guy says, and start to think he meant this and that lol.
Does it mean that it got back from the background check which cleared and it is now about to be adjudicated by an officer?

I think I have gotten a few grey hairs from all this freaking stress...

I'm not sure if this has already been posted on the boards, but if it hasn't these are the results of a FOIA on USCIS operating procedures for DACA: http://law.psu.edu/_file/2013-HQFO-00305_Document.pdf

It's very long but you can probably "control f" to whatever issue you are worried about in your case and it gives a lot of insight into the background checks and supervisory reviews. Lawyers unfortunately can't do much when USCIS needs time. You can probably call both your representatives and see which one is more helpful.

Does anyone know of anyone who's been approved and had a final order of removal from after June 2007? The bright side is that they haven't denied the cases and that's great news. When the process was new I told anyone who asked me if they should apply with a final removal order from after June 2007 to wait and see how USCIS decides to treat those because I was worried that they could say there was no continuous presence. But instead of doing that it seems like they're thinking about it and trying to decide what to do, which is good (though I know it doesn't feel that way when you've been waiting for over a year).

JCJOY, I have noticed several very helpful and comforting posts from you. I have a feeling that you are a citizen right? Have you worked for USCIS?
I really appreciate your posts and for caring about our situation. It is extremely hard to feel like this is your country and yet, not be recognized as such. Thanks again for all the helpful posts.

No, I've never worked for USCIS. I used to jump on here when the process first started to help out whenever possible (but on the dl). I'm an immigration lawyer, but I'm not on here as one because then I have to make all the 100 disclaimers. So I've never identified myself on here as one. This is the first time (So now I have to say to anyone reading this, no previous posts or future posts on from me on these message boards should be considered legal advice and shouldn't be relied upon as such). I usually just help people on here through e-mail when possible. I jumped on here a couple of days ago to post a DACA fund I'm organizing and so I've answered a few questions since then because I know how hard it is to have to wait and wait. I think I may get more excited than my clients every time a new approval comes in the mail.

Very kind of you. Thanks for all the helpful posts If you are allowed to disclose your info at one point, I'd definitely become a customer of yours for the near future. I should be getting married within the year.
