Did u receive an RFE before ur approval?

It'll be 6months this Sunday how soon can I make an e-request?

I've heard of ppl doing it a day after they hit 6 months, imma try that.

From the looks of it, if you don't get approved within 3-4 months of applying, your case usually takes a minimum of 9-10 months. At least this is the trend we are seeing in this message board. Most people are either approved within a few months, or they have to wait a very long time before they hear from the USCIS.

Made my first and hopefully LAST e-request yesterday. Funny how the representative told me nebraska service is currently working on May 4th apps . HA! Bunch of bs!!! I'm over it.

The representative is full of shit. I was approved and my case started on the 28th of May.

Don't let them tell you lies.

Just tell 'em to be straight and send you the RFE asking whatever the hell they think is missing from your application.

They told me the same thing, but they wouldnt let me file.
Since they are currently working on may 4 applicants, per representative.
