Anyone tried to go to a gun range in CA?

I've been wanting to, but i'm not exactly sure if you need anything more than what DACA provides for us.

Meaning we can't own one?

I wont go over why you can't own one but basically if you are not a PR ( I think even PR cannot own a gun) or a USC you cannot own one and if you are found with one, jail time and deportation

we had a few threads about this before, however, you can borrow from a friend or gun range

I think permanent residents can own one and I think VISA holders can too provided they have a hunting license. I'll read into it and post something if i have chance. Thanks

That's where I go once a month. All they ask you is for ID.

I use the 44 caliber revolver. It's so much fun.

LPRs can possess guns subject to the same requirements as citizens, while civilian visa holders need a hunting license or permit on top of the regular requirements.

the case concluded that people with out a status are not protected under the second amendment, the right to bear arms. Does it anything about people with out status going to gun ranges and using someone else gun?
