In other words. you think, back in Aug 3-Sept 8 the house will pass the CIR in late October, even thought its impossible to think in the past, when you are in the future, yet you were thinking the house will between Aug 3-Sept 8 which was the time they were on recess would pass a CIR in that time as reflected in you posts between Aug 3-Sept 8 stating the house would pass a CIR.
