I just check my case on uscis website and this what it says on both 821D and 765

On October 29, 2013, your name was updated relating to your I821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

I don't really know exactly maybe is because I only use my paternal last name on my application. But people have replied that other getting that update got approved a couple of days after. I'm sooo hoping is truth

Hey guys update...i got approved november 8! man did i cry lol i was such a nervous wreck and got dumped but i feel so much better now. My ead should arrive today and then i will get my social and id to start looking for a job...good luck to everyone else that's still waiting!

Congrats!! It's an amazing feeling I've had my social for a week and already had 2 interviews and was sent to do a drug test, so I'm hoping for good news soon.
