Definition of Workplace Bullying

Workplace Bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the targets) by one or more perpetrators that takes one or more of the following forms:
Verbal abuse
Offensive conduct/behaviors (including nonverbal) which are threatening, humiliating, or intimidating
Work interference — sabotage — which prevents work from getting done

Very well said. I certainly learned from my previous job to have a "no nonsense" attitude and call people out on any sort of unprofessional behaviour directed towards me. If you don't speak up, boss or coworker (doesn't matter), the behaviors will continue and only get worse and people continue to suffer in silence.
