You are gullible if you really think house republicans would have passed CIR. If it wasn't for Obamacare it would have been a different excuse.

Just think about the time before Republicans blamed Obamacare for not passing CIR. What was it then? Oh, We can't pass it because of the Debt Ceiling, oh, we can't pass it because we shut down the government.

If it isn't one thing, it's another. They will always find an excuse.

Must've forgotten go post this in the lounge. It's looking like a smaller piecemeal solution is or might or if there was the idea of consideration, it would be one. There is no way a CIR is passing the house. They, the house, keeps saying a CIR won't be an health like bill just passed and not read. However with that piecemeal, don't expect anything other than more border protection and enforcments for E verify
