Hi, first i wanna say congrats to all you that got approved, this is my first post on the forum but ive been reading a lot through it and it helped me a bunch while i was getting my package ready.. Just have one question I live in California and I was wondering what the current wait time is approximately for us in Cali routed to Nebraska? I know its not the same for everyone but I just want to get an idea .. heres my timeline

Did you get a tracking number? Have you tracked it to see if they received it? I requested a signature on mine Check your mail it could be that they sent it back to you if you had any mistakes that happened to me

I just called immigration and they are just sooo damn rude on the phone - the lady literally hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question, but correct me if I am wrong, it takes 2-3 weeks to get your receipt right?

ALSO - can I get a job with just the receipt alone?

just did my second e-request and today I got and email about my case being on hold for security checks:

can anyone shine some light on this. or does anyone know someone whose gone through this. thanks

The ones of us waiting for more than six months have gotten the same canned and BS answer; basically, we have to wait.

Try contacting your federal representative, doing an ombudsman request, and when the time comes, an e-request.

thank you for the ideas, but as far as an e-request, this email gives no timeline to call them back what so ever.

do you or anyone else know someone who got the 'security check pending' message and ended up getting approved?
