It is progress regardless... I mean if more districts for the house of representatives become latino / asian these gop representatives will continúe to change their mind on CIR. We have to start somewhere, just last election it would have been crazy to think Heck would draft this in Nevada. Our other senators are being 'forced' to take a similar stance like Dean Heller who also changed his mind on immigratants. These were tea party level conservatives btw... We shall see.

Just pass something dammit. The Repubs are hellbent on even getting rid of our DACAs so I have little hope of something like this passing right now through the damn House.
