I found this on a facebook page called Immigration Benefits for Dream Youth posted by Attorney at Law Katy Chavez & thought it was news worthy, I posted the link from USCIS. I know there has been a lot of talk about advance parole concerning Dreamers.

Quote:
Yesterday's announcement about Parole in Place for family members of active and past military members ALSO has clarifications for *everyone* using parole. If you read the memo you will see that it clarifies that anyone paroled (including by Advance Parole for DACA) will not be inadmissible for having entered without inspection, and that applicants that have been paroled and that are immediate family members of US Citizens can adjust their status in the United States without the need for a waiver.

I got a feeling I read this before. What's the release date of it.

I know I definitely read the memo about parole in place.

So all I have to do if I ever get approved is to apply for AP and if approved for that too fix my EWI and then fix my status.

With AP you need to be approved for AP, leave US and subsequently seek parole back into US.

Yes that's what I said, I've been married to a citizen for 2 years now so that should cover that too.
