Hello,

I'm a undocumented student. I graduated High School in 2012 in the state of California. I've studied in the same state since 8th grade till I graduated High School.

My question is:

I believe I'm eligible as an AB-540 student, since I've studied for more than 3 years in the same state and received my HS diploma.
I graduated with a total GPA of 3.25 ... Do I have any option to receive financial aid?

I have read about the new laws that began to take effect on 2013, which I assume from my understanding, could benefit my case and help pay my college education.

My doubts arise in regards to taxing information. I live with my unemployed parents and the only source of income we have to support ourselves is my father's pension he receives from his home country, which roughly amount to $2,000 per month. My parents nor myself have ever filled any taxing form.

Could this lack of tax declaration deny my request of financial aid?

It would really help me if I could get my questions answered.

Thank you.

By unemployment you mean gov assistant? No, we support ourselves just by my father's pension.
