I applied for DACA last year, I was denied after waiting 11 long months.. I reapplied, this time around I was approved.. For those who r still waiting and who have been denied ," Our stories may be singular, but our destination is shared", don't give up.

I think uscis is helding all the previous case until they get guideance from headquater. I don't how can we make uscis headquater to issue an guideance for their employee to handle cases like us. I'm still waiting too, I just ask for my senator help, see what they says.

I know right who knows. I'm assuming they have no idea how to deal with cases that are even a little bit difficult. It drives me crazy. I hope your senator can help you. I went to my congressman and they didn't do much for me. I'm tempted to go back again but I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing

Mine wasn't much help either, although his office has been keeping track of my case, somewhat.

I've said this over and over, we are asking for a two year permit, not clearance to the CIA.

I agree. They should at least stick to the 6 month processing time somewhat. I'll be 3 times that in a few weeks
