So, you met them but you didn't actually go to a 4 year Cali high school, but because you met the requirements, the principle exempted you and awarded your diploma 4 years after in a "adult school" or what does "adult school" mean?

Here we go with the adult school, so then no you don't have a high school diploma a 17 year old would get but one of equal value you got from this "adult school"

Thanks!

Yes, you should include this

I did go to a public 4-year high school (from 9-12 except I didn't graduate at that time), and the adult school I went is also public.
The adult school I went to is an extension school within my high school district. They take high school dropouts and offer regular high school classes for people who want to finish HS earlier. I only needed 10 credits (2 classes) in order to receive a high school diploma which I did at this adult school, but the diploma DOES NOT SAY HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. I did pass state exams like CAHSEE for California, took SATs and ACTs tests and all those show on my transcripts.

If you refer to the instructions of the applying form (which I'm sure you already know), they DO accept an equivalent of a high school diploma from public and private schools. This adult school is a high school extension in the same district but with focus on adults. They offer HS diplomas, GEDs, and like my diploma, a HS completion certificate, like I mention above, it does not say HIGH SCHOOL anywhere; that's why I got the letter from the principal of the school.

I got no exemptions nor shortcuts and this is an authentic high school completion certificate (accepted from USCIS according to instructions) which I explained with a letter when I first applied since it didn't say HIGH SCHOOL. On the RFE they do not mention anything about this high school "issue" but rather just go straight for the college evidence which I submitted but "failed" to prove.

Did you submit a copy of your high school transcripts including adult school transcripts?

Yes, both. Official copies in sealed envelopes straight from both schools.

I also graduated from an adult school, I had gone to high school for almost four years then I got sick and was not able to complet my last semester so I finished it in adult school. My transcripts consist of the credits from my high school and also from adult school in one transcripts, maybe since you sent two transcripts USCIS is confused try to just sent one transcript that shows all your credits all together and scan your diploma

I did send them both in ONE SEALED envelope that came from the adult school, but now that you mention it, I may have sent an extra one straight from the first high school as evidence that I have been living here ever since. I know transcripts state dates and all but I may have sent an extra one.

And like I said before, they did not mention anything about this whole high school thing. The problem was that my college classes had not started but I WAS ENROLLED in school, just like the instructions say, but my submitted RFE was INSUFFICIENT.

To get daca all you need is to graduate from high school nothing else at all, many go to college many don't, but uscis doesn't care if your in college all they care is that you graduated or got a GED from an accredited school

I know, in fact I know people that have never even thought about going to college but graduated from HS and they have had their stuff for months!!

It was a weird and rare situation in my case, I know that.
