In Nevada, has any of you applied for a gaming license?
If so, was the process too difficult?

I'm a USC and i had a gaming work card a long time ago in Las Vegas and it wasn't a long or difficult process. I can't remember exactly what i had to show, but i think it was just a NV id and a SS card. I think if you have a work authorization and a SS card you'll be ok. i think they just run your finger prints to make sure you don't have a record. The card is given out by Metro (Las Vegas police), so I don't they're looking into immigration status.

What kind of position applying for? I think they changed the law where you have to be working directly with gaming, like being a dealer or a pit boss or an executive . Back in the day, you needed one for any job in a casino. I was getting a job as a bus person and I needed one.
