You can do either but i would suggest doing both. Faster response.

Do you have to send a notorize FOIA copy. or can I just fill FOIA and send it. cause I don't have any gov. ID to notorize any doc.

So after emailing the director and Sheila Ruffin, I actually got a call from Sheila Ruffin. She said she saw in the system that my file was last updated on Feb 5th and she put in a few requests to Nebraska and will call me again in a few days when she hears from them. Really nice lady, seems like she really trying to help so we'll see what happens.

same here I got 18 months waiting for a response but never got a RFE but they transfer me from Vermont to Nebraska for ""faster response or action in my case"" that's what they said !! don't know what to do honestly I lost tooo many opportunities .... like wttff I just want to study, work and be a professional!!! this is ridiculous if I knew I was goin to wait for this long , ill never applied for the DACA and just marry my girlfriend ... well I guess am just goint to keep waiting.
