Hello There:
A friend of mine has recently been pulled over without a license in florida, he is slated for a court hearing soon and is failry worried about the outcome. I am also worried he will be thrusted into removal proceedings.

Any Advice:

I' m in California, so laws are def. different...but my brother has been pulled over without a license more than 5 times and all he gets is court and a big fine! the worse that's happened to him was to be detained for few hours...

Don't worry...

My father has a license from another state and is without status. He has been pulled over multiple times in FL as the car was registered in FL and he didnt have a FL license. Cops told him to get a FL license but obviously he cant.

Get a lawyer!! but usually there is a fine and all is good.

I agree with Fl.dreamer... i had a suspended license when i got pulled over and i went to jail for a few hours, then i was bailed out. Before i went to court i hired a lawyer because of my status back then. My lawyer saved me from big fines, volunteer work and probation.
