Almost eleven months (on the 15th). My last e-request also said 'pending adjudication', so I hope we get approved soon. Maybe the stack is too big? At least we're not pending 'security checks' anymore.

Considering how Alexander has had several e-requests saying that his case is 'pending adjudication', I wouldn't hold my breath either .

Again, I'm sure that we're in a big pile of cases that just finished all the time-consuming background checks, so we just need to get approved (or denied).

Let's hope soon.

I have talk to my senator about a two month ago and they said they was gonna help me to solve my case. But, after month passed I did not get any phone call or email form the senator so, I called again to ask me any update on my case. So, senator's one of the staff member said they haven't got any response yet from usicis so, they going to email uscis again and after 10 day' s I got call from her today and say's uscis is still working on my case and uscis don't know when will it be complete. So I don't know what to do?
I think senator is no help. But I think senator never sent any kind of email to uscis refering my case. Because I didn't get any kind of email from uscis refering someone contact on this case.
Anyone got FOIA response yet?
Thanks for any help!

ANYONE BEEN APPROVED YET??

Another month down and still nothing. I'm going crazy here guys. I wish we could do more to get a reply, but no one seems to care enough to help.
Unfortunately I am still waiting...

I was pending adjudication since my 5 month according to their emails. I don't believe anything they tell me anymore. I do hope we all get approved here already.

I found that the congressman isn't helpful at all.

Have you contacted your attorney regarding your case?
