For school evidence, I have new and sealed transcripts from my original high school and adult school (where I got the diploma) which also includes a certificate of completion and will add a letter from school principal and validation letter according to California Education Codes.
Also, I am attending college, should I include my college information too since I am currently in school?

Thanks!
Yes, definitely include your college stuff (registration, current unofficial transcript, and maybe a letter from a counselor stating you're currently attending though it's not necessary.)

Do you have any more college evidence?
Sure, at this point I can send my current class schedule, my registration receipt, my school ID, and I'm thinking of getting a letter from the dean saying I'm currently attending school, and just like someone said, a letter from a counselor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

For I-821d form, the education information for part 1; questions 18, 19, 20 : how did you complete that? Did you put high school graduate? Maybe by the way you answered those questions confused the person reviewing. You should not have to prove you are currently in college unless used as continuous presence evidence, but according to information you wrote that was not reason for denial.

I sent a print out of my tuition bill receipt and it was fine. It was nothing official and just off my computer. I don't know if they got more strict with the regulations, but I don't think you should send a lot of different documents to prove one requirement if just one will suffice. Just make a cover page showing which document goes with what requirement. The more documents you send might make your case stronger or it might confuse them.

So far I have received confirmation of paperwork acceptance for both 821 and 765 forms. I indicated that I had previously applied and sent a photocopy of the denial letter.
Does anyone have any information regarding a case like mine?

Why did you get denied in the first place?

It actually took a week(7-10 days) for the TEXT and EMAIL of PAPERWORK ACCEPTANCE to arrive.
After that, it took about 5 days for the letters to arrive.

I'm still waiting for the "fingerprints" process, let's see how that goes since it all went well the first time I applied.

Good Luck!
