Does anybody know if it works better emailing them about your service request?

I called uscis they said i was going to get a letter in 30 days after my service request over the phone. It has been 50 days since i did it and i havent received anything . I called them back and explained them that and they gave me an email so i can send them my imformation and the case numbers etc. Does anybody know if i should write something else that will bring their attention i know it might be hard but i can try. It has been 7 months 3 weeks since they received my application i already did my biometrics 2 weeks after they received my application. Please let me know of you guys have any ideas thank you.

Try a email , I havent yet but I will today. I been waiting 8 months 6days so will see how it goes just dont be heart broken if you wait longer some have been wait 1 year ++

What center is yours at? Mine is in nebraska .

You should try emailing the service center (the email is on the USCIS website) and tell them about your situation. Don't get high hopes, they will just tell you you're on 'security checks' or 'pending adjudication' like me.
