I'm looking for a immigration lawyer in the Glendale/Peoria area. Downtown Phoenix is okay if need be. I'm not sure who is good and who is not so good, that's why I'm asking here if anyone can recommend a good immigration lawyer.

I just need an hour for consultation. What is the going rate for a good lawyer who knows more about immigration than other issues. Some lawyers know more about divorce than immigration. I prefer one that deals mostly with immigration.

It's in regards to my sister (US citizen) petitioning my mother (visa overstay) for a green card. My mother has a lot of questions to ask. We wasted some money because we got wrong information. So this time we'd rather get answers directly from a proper immigration lawyer.

How did you wasted money? It is a pretty straight forward process. The attorneys i work for are the most caring people I have ever met they truly want to help people too bad we are in Texas.

I have done a quick search for you on AVVO and AILA, i would say take the time to read the reviews and ALWAYS make sure they are register with AILA

I liked her reviews

General Search on AVVO you can narrow it down to your location i am not familiar with Arizona

Here is a quick search on AILA, notice it says type of lawyer: Family that means family base immigration law just btw

Best of luck to you and your mother like i said its a pretty straight forward process.

Avvo reviews are typically accurate. The lawyer I consulted with knew her stuff, and she was reviewed highly on avvo.
