this is awesome!!!

am I reading that right?

So all we need to submit are the forms and the fee? no additional evidence or anything?

I don't see anything about evidence though?

Congrats I was getting worried about the renewal.

Awesome news. It seems like we won't have to resubmit all the paper work. It wouldn't really make sense.

r DACA renewal request package

. You do not need to re-submit documents you already submitted with your previous DACA request that was approved.

However, you should keep copies of all documents that support how you meet the DACA guidelines so you can provide them if they are requested by USCIS.

This is interesting, shouldn't they have a copy of this already? I mean yeah we have ours and all but something tells me being approved wont be that easy. If you think about it, some people were approve even with slightest evidences while others were not despite having enough evidence.

Take in mind someone else will now checking them out now and there is this

I was thinking there might be one change for those who have used Advance Parole and are EWI.There might have to be an update on how you last entered when renewing to reflect that you legally entered.
