Should I be worried?

The letter's subject: Recent change of address

body:
Quote:
"The X service Center has received a change of address request for the above referenced receipt... Please note that request for the new address change has been updated...

In order to complete processing... you must also complete AR-11..."

You should contact USCIS or your legal representation to see if they are responsible concerning this change.

recently the law firm that represented me went under water for fraud. So another law firm took over all the cases. I think that's what it was.

If this is the case, I would be concerned. If your legal representation has been brought in for fraud and they have all your information, the question you should be asking is did that have any impact on your case. I would contact and alert USCIS directly that you did not initiate an address change and forward any future paperwork/request to a different address or find a new bona-fide legal representation that can initiate such an action on your behalf. If you need further help concerning you can always P.M. me.
