You'll be wasting your money. I dont know what super powers you guys think attorneys have, they can push USCIS as much as they want but its up to USCIS to get it together.

We have people who are DETAINED in immigration custody who have been waiting 8 months for USCIS to adjudicated their petitions. We have done everything possible the only thing we have left is a class suit action.

I think people who only waited less than 7 months to get approved shouldn't be so rude to post on this thread about their happiness when there is obviously people who have been waiting almost 2 years. I mean don't get me wrong its great that people are getting approved but don't come to the thread of people waiting almost a year or more.

I swear they are really horrible at their job. I have a feeling I'm going to get the same but it's better than nothing, right? It's good news in a way. I hope you get approved after this. Can you share what you got an RFE for? Thanks, and good luck

I absolutely could not believe it when after one year and 249 days ... I got approved today. Going through this experience is probably one of the most difficult things I've experienced. When you're low on money and have to depend on others. When you're down and depressed about how your peers are advancing and graduating college and you're still stuck with a HS diploma and a couple of college credits because you can't afford the out of state tuition. That's just some of the stuff and it's been nuts.

To those that are still waiting, DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE OR DO ANYTHING IRRATIONAL THAT WOULD JEOPARDIZE YOUR FUTURE. Thank you for everyone that was there for me. I'm glad this site exists. It really helps to know that you are not alone. You are always a day closer.

Congratulations...on my side after waiting 17 long month today on my birthday I get hit with an RFE, this sucks, I'm now just wondering what is that they are going to ask me for, but I think I have an idea. Most likely is going to be my diploma since the one I have is a homeschool.. guess im going to start studying for the GED..
