Officially nervous. I was on vacation and couldn't fully relax because I was waiting for renewal forms in the back of my mind. I can understand administrative delays, but I am going into June with a lot of anxiety. Hopefully some news will come out soon.

Any Dreamers in the ICE-Granted-DACA boat? I was lucky enough to be approved with that batch, so my EAD is actually expiring around July (the not-so-lucky part). I've sent my renewal all the way back in March, but my status is still in the "Initial Review" phase.

That's the thing. Even the biometrics notice (if one is even needed) hasn't come in the mail yet. I've tried going to the local USCIS office directly, but even they weren't sure what to do. The lady said biometrics *might* not be needed anymore, but she wasn't sure.

Basically, the only thing useful she said was to call 30 days before my expiration and they might be able to expedite it if I tell them my situation. Also, the website said something about automatic extensions if the delay is their fault.

I'm a little worried because I'm starting a new job on Monday.

I think they are, I read somewhere that they may be needed again. It wasn't that difficult in anyway last time.

On other news, the word "shit" is okay to say on television. The word "republican" has been added to the curse words list.

Thank you. I have around 2 weeks before hitting the 30-day danger zone. Hopefully it comes before then.
