DACA Renewal Info Updated: June 5, 2014 - Page 14

I'm at 122 Days. I'm hoping this form is easy and doesn't require a lot of proof or evidence to send it. My license expires soon as well...

Also, I'm filling out my 1-756 now and it says for renewals to submit previous employment authorization document. Do we send the actual document or a copy? lol sorry to be asking already...

So to renew Daca, we would have to pay all the fees again? That is just plain wrong and expensive. I thought we would have to pay some sort of fee but not almost $500 again!

YEs!! official renewal form is posted!!! so yes, we do have to pay 465 again but we do not have to submit new evidence unless it is a criminal history or removal proceedings.

So do we send 2 pictures with the I-821D renewal?


just looked and yes we do have to send 2 pictures with the i-765

I think it's because they probably need to rehire lots of people to do the renewals.
