Please help! Renewal of I-821D question!

Hi! I have a question for you guys. What do I need to write for Question #11 under Part 1?
It's asking you for the current country of residence.
Since I'm renewing my form, should I put US?
Or should I go ahead put my country of birth and country of citizenship?
I appreciate your help!

Country of Residence is US. You live here. Country of Citizenship is where you were born.
