The 821D has a signature box on the last page. Although you probably don't need to sign it if you haven't explained anything on that page it doesn't hurt to. I also signed the I-765WS after I finished writing my explanation for economic need.

Yep, we're still C 33. And there's one signature on the 821D (page 5 I think) and on the I765.

I sent mine FedEx Express delivered Monday, someone signed for it and I have not had any notification. Should I worry? How long does it take when they reroute from AZ to Nebraska?

Dood chillax, theres thousands sending theirstuff, as soon as they open the forms and scan them (aka take the payment) youll get a notification. Then that stuff gets transfered to a service center. And starts getiing handled. Fastest timeline i heard was 7 days + however long it takes to get the physical letter. (After notification)
Sent mine to chicago, same timeline.
As soon as my check was processed, a few hours later I got an email.
To be honest we're the only ones uscis are handling as fast as ever case n form # wise.
I think it all comes down to where in the stack your forms landed. Im sure theyre in a pile.

Ps hope everyone used black ink, as per instructions.

Black ink? Why not just type it the information and print it out. They made it easy to do that when downloading the forms.
