I-821D - Renewal Questions

Just want to double check with you guys my I-821D form.

• Part 1 - Question 11. Country of Residence: I wrote down United States

• Part 2 - Travel Information - I did not travel outside of the states so I left everything in blank EXCEPT for question 8, 9a, 9B, and 9C with passport info, etc

• Part 3 - including Education Information and Military information: left ALL fields blank since I am renewing

• Part 6 - interpreter: no interpreter used so left ALL fields blank

• Part 7 - preparer: no preparer used so left ALL fields blank

• Part 8 - additional information: no additional information. Should I leave ALL fields blank or fill the fields with my name, last name, USCIS #, and signature?

ALSO, when are you guys submitting your applications, I am submitting mine after the 150-day mark. Probably wait a couple of days ~145 days just in case.

Seems all good. I would just fill the fields in Part 8 and sign it.
