I just went to a gov job agency (CT Works) the other day and I heard about this thing called W.I.A (Workforce Investment Act) and I was wondering if anyone has any info on it?

I heard from a Peruvian dude that they offer scholarships that pay for a certificate + training in an in-demand area if you're approved by them.
